As busy moms, it can be nearly impossible to get in a regular workout routine…but not anymore, this is something everyone can do!!  All you need is 15 minutes a day, you can do this routine no matter where you are~  You can do this with a friend, will the kids, or while watching your favorite show…start by doing it once everyday, and then work up to twice a day and more…

30 jumping jacks
30 knee highs
30 leg lifts
30 squats
30 crunches
40 jumping jacks
40 knee highs
40 leg lifts
40 squats
40 crunches

Begin by drinking more water (at least half your bodyweight in ounces a day) drink filtered high ph water, you can squeeze lemon to add taste and to help detox.

Replace Soda with sparkling water, and cut out all processed and fast foods…you will be amazed at how much more energy you have and how quickly you will notice your body shape and tone up.
