Today’s workout is Free Format, which means you can do any workout you choose! The purpose here is to get you to feel comfortable about making your own fitness choices. You have hundreds of workout options at your fingertips on the BH Trainer Powered By PEAR app so take a few minutes to peruse the app to find a workout that looks fun to you. If you prefer to do something outside the app you can still track the workout using the app’s Free Format feature. To do so, once you’re in the app go to the Dashboard, choose My Workouts, then go to Free Format Workout and select your activity. Have fun and be sure to share what you did today!
