What To Do:
1. Jump rope 5 minutes a day. It’s a great way to get lean and shed the belly fat. Plus it gets your circulation going to flush out any fat pockets aka cellulite!
2. Keep it light. Eat lots of fruit and salads this summer with some kind of protein like tuna, chicken or salmon. And cut out dairy– It gives your belly that BLOATED look.
3. Drink lots and LOTS of water. Believe it or not, it helps with weight loss and reduces bloating.
4. Do bicycle crunches (Don’t know what a bicycle crunch is? Click here to see) while watching TV. It tightens your abdominal muscles and helps whittle your waist.
5. Hold plank position ( aka push up position) while you draw your belly button in towards your spine. Hold for 1 minute and repeat 3 times.
