My dreams were all nightmares when I was pregnant. They were pretty frightening. One that still haunts me is where I look into the bassinette and see my baby in pieces. She is turning her disconnected head and waving a grotesque rattle in her severed arm. Horrible!

My craziest dream while pregnant was actually a dream withing a dream.
I dreamt my husband was in the middle of something then I woke up(still in my dream)came in the house, and he was doing just what I just dreamt of. I actually said “I just dreamt about you doing this” and began to deal with the issue…then I woke up.
    Weird. I never had a dream-in-a-dream before.

I’m about 27 weeks pregnant and all of my pregnancy i have wanted a puppy. The statistics are while pregnant all women want a baby animal. I actually dreamed that i was in labor and i gave birth to a litter of puppy’s. I woke up it was a nightmare for me. :)

I was always dreaming of the baby already being born, but she was never a baby she was huge! All grown up and i missed her entire life. it was horrible.

When did I not have crazy dreams..the worst was probably that I gave birth to a puppy..and no one seemed to notice but me! They kept trying to give her to me to breastfeed but I was afraid she would bite and then trying to put a diaper on a puppy!. I woke up crying and totally convinced something was wrong. Even when she was born I was checking to make sure she wasn’t too furry:P

I am about 5 months pregnant now and at about 3 months, the crazy dreams started kicking in. The weirdest by far took place on a local beach. I was swimming with my mother and a kangeroo started swam out to us. I was afraid, thinking that kangeroos are very dangerous, but my mother protected and calmed me.
I don’t know where this dream came from, but it is one I will never forget.

My craziest dream while pregnant with my twin boys was that I won the Mega Millions Lottery and got so excited that my water broke. No such luck for me! In a way that’s too bad that it didn’t happen, but I was lucky anyway to give birth to 2 happy, healthy little boys!

I had so many dreams while pregnant! My husband and I love to travel so that is probably why I had so many crazy dreams about traveling while I was pregnant. The craziest dream I had was that my husband and I decided to hike Macchu Pichu (a 3-day hike) in Peru while I was pregnant and we ended up having the baby on the hike! While I was scared about having my baby in the middle of nowehere in my dream, one thing I did enjoy was how beautiful the surroundings were. The funny thing is that we are not even hikers so I am not sure where that dream came from. We did, however, make it to Macchu Pichu about a year and a half after our daughter was born. It was that crazy pregnancy dream that sparked my interest! It was even more amazing in person than I had dreamed. :)

I had a dream that me and another friend were in labor at the same time side by side with a huge rooting crowd from a blogsite we belonged too. Keep in mind, I am a pregnancy testaholic. So in the dream she birthed this beautiful baby girl and I birthed a peestick and had to wait 3 minutes before it would say “mama”. Crazy, however I did have a beautiful baby girl and just found out 3 days ago I am pregnant with #6, can’t wait for the dreams!

I remember I couldn’t wait to finally see my cute baby boy, so I kept having dreams that he’d cut himself out of my belly, play with me then sew himself back in my belly. I had this dream every night for the last 3 weeks of my pregnancy. I couldn’t see his face but he was perfect in every way. I think of it as his way of he couldn’t wait to meet me too.

My Craziest dream while pregnant was when I had a dream about lady bugs. Lady bugs covered me from my chest all down my Pregnant tummy. They were in my kitchen and would follow me everywhere. I didn’t think much of the dream but looked up the meaning the morning that I had woken up. Ladybugs mean lucky or to “bring good luck” . I thought it was really cool and considered my unborn baby girl my little good luck charm! That night when I was cooking I looked above the stove where I keep my cookbooks and there was a little red ladybug crawling on the shelf. I couldn’t believe it. From the night I had that dream on, I still see lady bugs everywhere. The day I delivered my baby girl I walked into the restroom in the room I was going to have her and there sat a gift bag with a lady bug theme on it. It was my craziest dream but my most memorable and significant dream I have ever had!!! I call my baby girl my little lady “bug” of course!!

I am currently 4.5 months pregnant and the craziest dream I have had so far was pretty morbid too. All I remember was that I was pretty far along in my pregnancy and people were cutting the baby out of me so that they could take my baby from me.

I dreamt that my husband was in prison – for what I don’t know. My best friend’s little brother (a Marine) broke him out through the ceiling tiles! We ran away from the general in charge of the prison down a long stairway, got to a landing where a lot of cars were, jumped inside one and away we went! While I snuggled in the back seat with a baby and breastfed, my hubbie drove eratically and shot at other cars!

OK. Let me start by stating that I am one of the nicest people you could ever meet. :) My dreams have had a constant theme of “exhaustion” since I began this pregnancy in April. Lately I have been only able to walk about 15 minutes before needing a serious break. That physical and awake exhaustion is also present in my dreams. I’ve dreamt about mountain biking, swimming for my life (Look a Shark!!!), and most recently I dreamt about fighting. Yes, while pregnant. Last night I dreamt I was at the mall making my holliday rounds when someone pushed me. I didn’t fall but I was tired and irritated already so I started an argument. Of course I could vent because I’m pregnant. But no one would hit a pregnant woman right?… Wrong. Next thing I know I am in a full on bar type brawl in the outdoor mall’s court yard. I constantly thought I shouldn’t be doing this because I an a nice person and I’M PREGNANT! But the fight continued until I was too tired to go on. I woke up and thought I should go to the restroom. But I was too tired. Like I had actually been in fight. After I went back to sleep I repeated the dream. Usually when I start noticing that I am repeating a dream it means that I need to get up and go to the bathroom. But I was too tired. After I began to repeated the dream for the third time I finally drug myself to the bathroom. I was relieved that it was just a dream and that baby and I were safe at home. Exhausted form all the(dream)fighting I slept like a baby for the rest of the night. My husband thinks I’m wierd but he’s glad that I haven’t punched him in my sleep. LOL

This is TMI…but we’re all mom’s right??..I dreamt about sex, sex, sex and more sex…I think it was because I was pregnant both times with boys and the added testosterone in my system made me crazy! It was great for my husband!

am 29 weeks pregnant,i always dream crazy dreams.such as yesterday i dream some guy wanted to kill me with a knife,i woke up so afraid.am worried so much about that dream.

    Leah

My craziest dream was a recurring dream where I’d be out and about, but forget that I had a baby. I’d start panicking because I wasn’t sure where the baby was. Then, I’d wake up. It was terrible.

    brooke.runnells@gmail.com

Right before my son was born, I dreamt that there was an explosion in an “underground tunnel” where people walked around and worked in…everyone went running for cover or out of the “tunnel.” SO clearly an anxiety dream about the upcoming birth…I laughed out loud when I woke up!
