What a great spin on an old classic! If you want to break out of your traditional stuffing rut, then there is no better way than by adding broccoli and cheese to the mix. These two go together like peanut butter and jelly, or like this dish and Kin + Country Valdiguie! Never heard of a valdiguie? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered: A close relative of beaujolais, valdiguie has a bright, red, easy to drink quality that shifts depending on what you pair it with. When drinking Kin +Country with this Cheesy Broccoli Cheddar Stuffing, the flavor becomes deeper and more complex. Plus, you’ll impress your family members with your wine knowledge! Did I mention that this recipe is super easy and only has a few ingredients? What’s not to love?
