6-EGGS-BEATEN
3-1/2 TABL. SOUR CREAM
1-STICK BUTTER-MELTED
1-1/2-TABL. VANILLA EXTRACT
1-TEAS. LEMON JUICE
1/2-CUP WHITE BAKERS SUGAR(FINE GRANULES,MADE BY C & H)
1/2-CUP BROWN SUGAR(LIGHT OR DARK IS FINE)
1-CUP GOLDEN RAISINS(SOAKED IN WARM WATER-TO PLUMP)
3 or 4-APPLES (NO SKINS,SLICED PAPER THIN)I LIKE, GALA or FUJI APPLES.
1-16OZ BAG- EGG NOODLES (MEDIUM)-COOKED & SET ASIDE.
1-TEAS. CINNAMON

Instructions

ALWAYS PREHEAT OVEN FIRST. 350 DEGREES-COOKS FOR 40-45 MINUTES.
BUTTER 9 x 13 GLASS PAN.
MIX-EGGS,SOUR CREAM,BUTTER,VANILLA,LEMON & SUGARS IN BOWL.
ADD RAISINS(MINUS THE WATER),SLICED APPLES & NOODLES.
POUR INTO PAN & BAKE.
TOP SHOULD BE BROWNED & MOIST IN THE MIDDLE.
NOW, WATCH IT DISSAPEAR !
