ROASTED CHICKEN BREAST.

PREHEAT OVEN-350
 
5-6 CHICKEN BREASTS–BONE IN (STILL ATTACHED)
RINSE IN WATER AND RUB WITH 1/2 LEMON -SLICED
(as if you were cleaning your dishes, without soap) =)
 
Dry with paper towels …..
 

ADD

  • SEASON SALT- Season “UNDER” the SKIN.
  • VEGETABLE OR CANOLA OIL -ALL OVER CHICKEN (Top to Bottom)
  • SEASON SALT
  • BLACK PEPPER
  • ITALIAN SEASONING
  • GARLIC POWDER
  • PAPRIKA

RUB

ALL OVER CHICKEN-TOP TO BOTTOM
PLACE IN ROASTER-
(WORKS BEST-10X BETTER THAN A GLASS DISH)

ADD

  • 2-CUPS CHICKEN BROTH
  • 4-GARLIC CLOVES-on bottom of roasting pan.
  • CHICKEN
 
BAKE-1-1/2 HOURS – LET REST-15 to 30 MINUTES-COVERED WITH FOIL ONLY!
BEFORE YOU BAKE-FOR ADDITIONAL FLAVOR-
THE EVENING BEFORE/MORNING OF… – COMPLETE ALL STEPS-
PLACE IN FREEZER BAGS TO MARINADE OVERNIGHT (including oil)
 
 
roasting day….
 
 
ADD- 1/2 CUP OF LEMON JUICE OR 1/2 CUP WHITE WINE.
