Stressed Mother and Her Baby

We love our moms for everything they do for us, but it looks like our mothers are responsible for more than just passing down their generous hair, flawless skin and great metabolism. A new study says that women are likely to inherit depression from their moms.

According to Good Housekeeping, the study suggests that there is a certain link connected between a mother and her daughter’s similar brain structure. And while we can spend endless hours talking about the “nature vs. nurture” debate, there’s a chance that depression might just be in the genes.

Joanna has been following the world of entertainment and celebrities since '05, having served as the Editor-in-Chief of Celebrity News Service and as a personal assistant for one of the original James Bond screenwriters, producer Kevin McClory during her days in Ireland. Our philosophy is simple, ‘You are not the best mom, unless you are the best YOU’.
