Active Rest: Find Your Passion; Day 25

DAY 25: Find a Passion ACTIVE REST

Trainer Nancy Anderson finds her passion on a SUP. Today, take a walk today and think about which new active hobby you can take up to work health and fitness into your lifestyle. Working out needs to be something you enjoy so you stick with it. Find some sort of physical activity that intrigues you. The goal here to find something that you will crave and ache to get out there and do!  Is it SUP (stand up paddle boarding)? SUP Yoga? (See Coach Nancy’s example of that below.)

Biking? Joining a running group? Cross country skiing? Snowboarding? Indoor cycling? Triathlon? Rowing? Mountain climbing? Hiking? Yoga? Mommy & Me Yoga? Becoming a personal trainer?  You can do anything you put your mind to! There is nothing more HOT than a healthy woman!

Video: Enjoy a little inspirational music to get you moving!

Once you decide on a potential new workout hobby, engage with your fellow fitness community and share your goals with Coach Nancy @NancyAndersonFit and @BHFitnessUSA and use the #healthyisthenewHOT hashtag!
