DAY 25: Find a Passion ACTIVE REST
Today, take a walk today and think about which new active hobby you can take up to work health and fitness into your lifestyle. Working out needs to be something you enjoy so you stick with it. Find some sort of physical activity that intrigues you. The goal here to find something that you will crave and ache to get out there and do! Is it SUP (stand up paddle boarding)? SUP Yoga? (See Coach Nancy’s example of that below.)
Biking? Joining a running group? Cross country skiing? Snowboarding? Indoor cycling? Triathlon? Rowing? Mountain climbing? Hiking? Yoga? Mommy & Me Yoga? Becoming a personal trainer? You can do anything you put your mind to! There is nothing more HOT than a healthy woman!
