This Fitness Blogger Reveals the Truth About Pregnancy Cravings

I read something once that described what it’s like to be hungry when you’re pregnant. It’s not like a normal hunger, the author wrote. It’s more like a deep, primitive, shockingly all-consuming hunger, like you have to eat right this second as a matter of survival.

And when you think about it, that totally makes sense. It is a matter of survival and it makes sense that food + pregnancy = serious business. During my four pregnancies, food changed completely for me. I lost the taste of certain foods, gained a taste for foods I wouldn’t normally eat and “hangry” took on a whole different meaning.

Food is important for good reason for pregnant ladies and as one fitness blogger is showing, that also includes the occasional indulgence.
