Frozen Lemonade; After School Treats
At the end of the school day, I love giving this treat to my girls.
It’s cool, easy to make, and full of vitamin C, plus NO SUGAR!
1/2 cup of fresh squeezed or bottled lemon juice
1 cup water Handful of ice
1-2 small packets of Splenda (to taste)
Throw into a blender, mix, and pour into a glass–blend to preferred consistency
You can add strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, or use fresh squeezed orange juice instead. Either way, you’ll get a tasty treat loaded with vitamin C.
Far better tasting and healthier than any juice drink you’ll get at the grocery store.
