The big debate
When it comes to giving our children vitamins, my husband and I have differing opinions. He believes that they should be getting a vitamin supplement everyday while I don’t. Instead, I think we should be focusing on their diet and making sure they get enough fruits and vegetables as their nutrition should be from the food they eat and not in the form of supplements. Of course, it’s not always easy in getting our kids to eat their greens, but no one said this part of parenting would be easy!
Yet, there’s a new report that says why both children and adults shouldn’t be getting vitamins in the first place after one 4-year-old boy nearly overdosed on them. Yes, you read that right!
