Are you guilty of saying these things in front of your kids?
When it comes to the things we say in our house, I try to be very, very careful with the words that come out of my mouth. My husband is the same way as we try to teach our kids to eliminate words and phrases such as “hate,” stupid,” and “shut up” from our household.

Does it mean “beach?”). But of course that doesn’t mean we should try and censor ourselves in front of our kids because more often than not they remember EVERY word we say. Well, except for when we constantly remind them to pick up their socks off the floor and brush their teeth!
