When I gave birth to my daughter, I thought my labor was never going to end. I pushed and screamed and pushed some more like the world depended on it until I finally gave birth way past midnight to my beautiful baby girl. While some mothers say they forget the pain that is usually associated with childbirth after it happens, I still remember what I went through like it was yesterday.
But, when I gave birth to my son a few years later, it was different. I mean, don’t get me wrong as it was no walk in the park but after my son was born I clearly remember asking my doctor, “Is that it? Are we done?” because I was so shocked at how swiftly everything went compared to my daughter’s birth.
Needless to say, every birth is different. That’s why a Facebook group has started a new online experiment to show the wide range of different experiences we’ve all had and continue to have.
And the result is nothing less than fascinating.
There’s a new report that says Facebook is a great indication of how everyone gives birth differently.
