Adidas knows that all that really matters is love

Sports mogul Adidas joined with millions of other brands around the world to celebrate love in all of its forms.

Adidas posted a picture to their Instagram account, posting a picture of pink and blue shoes.  The picture showed two women who we can assume are either embracing or kissing or doing something super cute and romantic to celebrate the day of love that is Valentine’s day. Shown only from the thighs down and showcasing their matching Adidas kicks, one of the women is standing on tip toe to presumably be at kiss height of the other woman. Totally cute, right?

And seeing as it’s 2016 it’s so amazing to be able to see all kinds of couples representing in major advertising. Unfortunately, some of Adidas’s followers didn’t feel the same way.

Captioning the pic ‘The love you take is equal to the love you make’ the iconic brand receive many positive responses, but unfortunately they also received many homophobic rants against the same sex picture.

When Adidas posted a picture of a same sex couple to Instagram to celebrate Valentine’s Day some people were really unhappy.

You won't believe the response to this innocent picture!
