A South Dakota baby who was born with a rare genetic disorder condition is finally smiling now that doctors have removed half her tongue!

Paisley Morrison-Johnson is now 16 months old and can smile and breathe properly thanks to a procedure that removed half the tongue that had threatened to suffocate her.
