Boy Found Knife When He Was At School and Turned It In, but Then HE Was Suspended

My son is 12, and in grade 7. I think I’ve done a good job of teaching him what’s right from wrong, and speaking up when something seems off. I also know that my son would be honest and accountable for his actions, and honest about whether he did something wrong. He’d own up to it.So I can’t imagine how one mom felt when her son made an honest “mistake”, if you can call it that – and was punished for it unnecessarily.
