We all know that exercise is important, not just for keeping our bodies healthy but keeping our minds healthy too. As I get older, and my kids get older, I have to really make sure I make time to exercise because my metabolism isn’t what it used to be and I like to show my kids that a healthy lifestyle is important.
However, as I get older and busier and my kids’ schedules get busier, I find it hard sometimes to carve out that hour every day to hit the treadmill. I have a trainer I work with twice a week, and sometimes that’s the only exercise I get.
