We’re always receiving conflicting advice about how much alcohol to drink. It seems like every other day we get nagged about how everyone is consuming too much booze and we’re all dying and blah blah blah.

Well, today at least… you may rejoice! A Finnish study said that people who regularly imbibe with dinner appear to be happier and healthier. Combine this news with another study that says people who drink wine before bed are skinnier and we have a CAN’T LOSE SITUATION.

A Finnish study found that people who reported drinking several glasses of wine with dinner had better mental and physical health and higher self-esteem.

So how much should you drink to be healthier and happier?
