There’s a new trend in the Instagram world that’s making waves and it’s one that I don’t think I’ll be able to join anytime soon. Apparently, organizing your meals for the week is a thing now, with moms spending their entire Sundays making a week’s worth of healthy food for their families.
Um, no. As much as I love being healthy, I can’t organize what I’m eating on a Sunday let alone for six consecutive days after that!
But it looks like some mamas do take the time to prep their meals for the weeks and the results do look incredible. But does it really make sense? I mean food can only stay fresh for so long, right?
Being a “Meal Prep Queen” is serious business now.
