He forgot to drop him at daycare
It’s been a very long, hot summer and sadly with the high temperatures we’ve seen, we’ve also seen an increase in child deaths due to being forgotten in hot cars.
I know that as parents we’re busy and we get distracted sometimes, but I can’t for the life of me understand how parents and caregivers can forget a child in a car for an ENTIRE DAY?! Just this week another child has died after being forgotten by his father, and this time the dad is facing charges.
A 23-month-old Florida boy is the 29th child to die this summer from being left in a hot car. This time, his father is facing charges.
