It's hard to keep up!
It seems every year there’s a new list of ‘to do’s’ and ‘not to do’s’ when it comes to feeding your kids. When my children were babies, we were told not to introduce nuts of any kind until they were at least one year old to help prevent allergies, and each of my kids were introduced to solids with rice cereal.

Check out what you should be feeding your baby (and even a few things you shouldn’t be) and see if this list is on track with the foods your children eat.
Pediatrician Dr. Tanya Altman is giving you a list of the five foods you should definitely be feeding your baby, and the foods to avoid.
