Does Waist Training Actually Work?
When I was pregnant with both of my children, I gained about 60-65 pounds with each pregnancy (sorry to the kids who were left with an empty Halloween bowl at my doorstep that year). Simply put, I ate too much, gained more weight than I should have and had a really hard time shedding each and every post-partum pound.
I tried everything you can think of, including fad diets and one of those It Works! Wraps (it doesn’t). But one trend that is making waves today that I didn’t have back then was waist training. It seems like everyone under the sun is doing it, from Kim Kardashian to Ciara and Even new mom Coco.
But does it really work and is it safe for new mothers to use?
