And honestly, I don’t think we all care as much as the media thinks we care about celebrity mother’s abs, because let’s face it, they are in a much different world of personal trainers and personal chefs and nannies and maids and um, getting paid to look a certain way, but any working mom does face the same dilemma of trying to juggle many things after a baby.

Between work and healthy eating and exercise and the plain simple fact that giving birth changes your body no matter how you look, it’s always interesting to hear from other mothers who are going through the same thing.
