Jenna Dewan Tatum Explains Why She’s Perfectly Happy To Let Her Daughter Find Her Own Style

I kept the gender of my first child a secret, buying up loads of yellow and green and other neutral colored clothes before she was eventually born, convincing myself that regardless of whether I had a boy or a girl they would look super cute in this bright yellow sleeper. WRONG! The minute I had a girl, every item that wasn't pink, purple or some combination of pink or purple was relegated to the back of the closet. It's great when our kids are babies because they really have no say in what they wear, and we can dress them however we like. Once they start getting a bit older and developing their own personality they tend to want to have more of a say in what they wear.Jenna Dewan Tatum knows this all to well now that her daughter Everly is three, but instead of fighting the toddler and trying to impose her own style on the tyke, she's letting her take the lead.[ad type="aboveimagead1"]
