If there’s one celebrity fitness expert that I would completely trust to whip me in shape, it’s Jillian Michaels. Sure, I would probably be downright scared of her and there would be plenty of tears shed in the process, but I know she would help me feel more confident about my body and my self-confidence than ever before. Her words are just that powerful and her motivation is that moving and that’s why she has so many fans who follow her workouts religiously every. single. day.
Luckily, unlike many other so-called fitness experts that have saturated the market these days, Jillian is still telling it like it is while calling out everyone’s bull sh*t too. What she has to say about being pregnant and working out make so much reasonable sense that I’m sure a lot of people are going to reconsider some of the burpees and high-intensity WOD’s they do before those first contractions hit. And this is also why we love Jillian so damn much.
