Every parent would do anything necessary to keep their kids safe, no matter what the consequences.
Jessica Dicks, an Edmonton mother of 3 girls, knows that statement to be very true because that’s exactly what she did when her daughters were in danger. She’s now paralyzed from the chest down, with doctors telling her she will probably never walk again.
And she says she’d do it again in a heartbeat.
While camping with her family, Jennifer Dicks heard a tree crack and realized it was going to crash on her daughter’s tent. What she did next was nothing short of heroic.
