I like to exercise… I go for walks, go to the gym… and my kids are now 9 and 12.
After my second child was born, I also went back to the gym, trying to get my soft, flabby body back into a somewhat pre-pregnancy state.
But to run? Long distances? Not my thing… with heavy milk-filled breasts, not even a heavy-duty sports bra could comfort my sore, engorged bosom.
But the internet is going crazy over a photo a mom shared while running a half-marathon. While the mom from Salt Lake City was running, she pulled out a hand pump and starting pumping her milk… while running!
New mom didn’t only wow everyone for running the race not long after having a baby, but she pumped during it, too.
