I can’t believe that it’s 2016 and we’re still having this conversation and almost on a daily basis, too. Even though we try to uplift one another with inspirational posts, encouraging comments and reminders that we are all wonderful and unique in our very own special ways, we’re still getting shamed for not looking like society’s ideal women.
I mean, I’m sure I don’t have to go any further for you to know what I’m talking about. Can’t a woman look the way she wants, wear what she wants and simply do what she wants without being fat-shamed in this world?
