Talk about bouncing back after baby!

Sixteen months after having my first child I was giving myself accolades for going to the gym a few times a week. Dana Vollmer is winning Olympic medals.

The American swimmer became the second woman from the USA to medal at the Olympics in swimming after giving birth, taking home both a bronze in the women’s 100m butterfly and silver in the 4×100 freestyle relay on Monday.

You will be amazed when you hear about her journey back to the pool.
