Here's the truth.

I don’t think I’ve ever met a pregnant mama who didn’t take Tylenol during her pregnancy. I mean, with all the aches and pains and sleepless nights that come with lugging your baby bump around everywhere you go, you just sometimes need a break, right?

Yet, there’s a new study that says taking acetaminophen (the active painkilling ingredient in Tylenol) during pregnancy can lead to an increased risk of ADHD and behavioral problems in children. But there’s more to it, of course.
