Let me warn you that this is both a heartbreaking and truly amazing story at the same time. Losing a child no matter what the age is never easy on anyone, yet one mother from Omaha, Nebraska, managed to do the unimaginable to honor her late son.

Mom Demi Frandsen’s son Leo unexpectedly passed away at 10 months. He was both two months early and he was diagnosed with gastroschisis (meaning there was no skin to pull over his exposed organs).
