She also has a pregnant Barbie, too!
As a child, I used to love playing with Barbies all the time. In fact, I think at one point I might have had about 100 Barbies, a Barbie corvette, a Barbie dream house (complete with the pull elevator!) and enough Barbie clothes to rival some of the biggest wardrobes in the world. Hey, Barbie back in the 80’s had plenty of things to do and see!
And while I loved each and every one of my dolls (most of which I either used a ballpoint pen to draw eyeliners on or chopped off their hair), I’ll admit that there wasn’t much variety when it came to my Barbies. Sure, they were all career-driven teachers, Presidents, and astronauts, but there were no realistic Barbies that the everyday female could relate too. That’s why one mother from Brisbane, Australia is changing that one doll at a time by making Barbies into mom dolls. You’ve got to see this!
One Australian mother is giving Barbie an updated look as a breastfeeding mom doll.
