I’ll be honest that I’m the type of person that will try any type of diet just to kick-start my weight loss plan. Because with beach season just around the corner, I need to get rid of the extra cushioning that’s been keeping me warm these past few months (ha!).
There’s a new study that says despite all the programs that are out on the market right now, the most effective (and fastest) way to lose weight is with the Paleo diet. And their results were astounding.
