The Graves family addresses the suit

The story of little 2-year-old Lane Graves has been on the heart of many parents as we’ve watched the details play out. The horror the parents must be going through and the grief that’s going along with it — we can’t even imagine.

There has been a lot of discussion online over who is to “blame” for the alligator attacking the toddler while he played with his family nearby and a lot of speculation on whether the parents will sue. This became a big topic when it was revealed that the park reportedly knew about the alligators potentially being in the water and the actions the did — or didn’t take.

The parents have released a statement addressing their intentions for a lawsuit and how they’re coping through the grief.
