Parents Of Toddlers Pass Out Candy To Everyone On Their Plane

Does bribing really work?

I’m a little torn on this, and I’m sure more than a few of you are going to feel the same way. Now, I’ll first say that I’ve been REALLY lucky that my children’s temper tantrums in public have been few and far in between. They like to save drama for when it’s time for bedtime, of course. I haven’t found myself in very many scenarios in which I’m forced to apologize for my children’s outbursts or hide my face in shame over the way my children have acted.

Although I did deal with one of my children crying NONSTOP during a transatlantic flight during her toddler years. Did it suck? Yep. Was I mortified? Absolutely. And did I just want the nightmare to end as quickly as possible? You betcha, but her crying didn’t stop until we finally landed at our final destination.

That’s why I can’t help but wonder if this story of how two parents traveling with their toddler daughters BRIBING other passengers on their flight is a good idea…

One report says parents gave chocolate to everyone on board their flight on behalf of their twin babies.

Does candy really make everything better?
