Sarah Brown has less than 5 months to go before she races in the olympic trials a life long dream!  Sarah has been training while she is pregnant.

I have to admit when I read Sarah was training I got a little nervous. I know it is ok, to exercise while pregnant but train for the Olympics? I personally trained for a half marathon and had a hard enough time doing that being 7 years post-partum!
