Every frickin living creature needs to sleep!!! It is the primary activity of the brain during early development.
Sleep is especially important for children as it directly impacts mental and physical development. You know what else impacts a child’s health??? Parents getting time to THEMSELVES!!! Let’s face it, we love our children, we want to spend all the time in the world with them. But, we NEED YOU TO SLEEP!!
