This is so great
If you have a child with Autism or know a child with Autism you know that doing regular, everyday things like buying shoes can often trigger a meltdown.
Children with Autism are often super sensitive to noise and light and loud noises, making shopping in a mall a very unpleasant experience.
As you can imagine, a children’s shoe store right before back to school time is probably as busy as a zoo, and not the most sensory friendly place for a child who is sensitive to noise, but thanks to one shop attendant who went the extra mile, one 6-year-old was able to get the perfect pair of shoes.
A sales clerk at a local shoe store went above and beyond to ensure a 6 year old boy had the perfect shoes for back to school.
