I always like to say that people only share what’s on their highlights reel, while presenting their very best face forward in carefully curated social media images.Of course, the majority of us know it’s not real. It’s fiction and fantasy more than anything, yet a new report says that social media can impact many mothers and their self-esteem negatively, especially when it comes to their bodies, mostly due to filtered or digitally altered images and myths about exercise. You know, the ‘Fit Mom’ phenomenon that has been taking over our feeds. Here’s what you need to know.
