One-month-old suffered a spiral fracture
When it comes to the safety and well-being of my children, I, like many, many other parents out there, freak out when something goes wrong. That’s why I’m always there during every pool party, almost every school event and definitely make the effort to make sure my children are always under a responsible adult’s care for those moments that I’m not around. Call me crazy, but my children are my precious little cargos and at their ages, it’s my job to be there almost every moment of the day (with the exception of school, of course).
That’s why I can completely understand one couple’s decision to file a lawsuit against a Colorado Children’s Hospital. They claim that their one-month-old baby suffered a major spiral fracture while under the care of a hospital administrator.
This of course begs the question: what would you do in this situation?
These parents are claiming that their baby’s leg was broken by a Children’s Hospital Colorado worker.
