These Two Volunteer Firefighters Use Their Truck To Save A Baby Girl And End Up Getting Suspended For It!

There is something seriously wrong here!

Brian Nunamaker was driving home after running some errands with his family when the unthinkable happened. His 18 month old daughter began to have a seizure while in the car, so Brian did what any panicked parent would do and pulled over and called 911.

I think most of can agree that this any parent’s absolute worst nightmare and waiting for emergency personnel to arrive would probably seem like an eternity, but Brian says he was surprised at how quickly a firetruck responded.

Volunteer firefighters Captain James Kelley and Sgt. Virgil Bloom who volunteer for the Falmouth Volunteer Fire Department in Fredericksburg were the first to arrive on the scene and immediately decided that the little girl needed to be transported to the hospital without any delay. That decision may have saved Brian Nunamaker’s daughter’s life, but it also caused both Captain Kelley and Sgt Bloom to be suspended from their positions!

The quick thinking of two volunteer firefighters may have saved the life of an 18 month old girl, but it also earned them a suspension!

You won't believe why these men were suspended!
