Every mother’s worst nightmare
Last month, Ashley Grimm’s worst fear came true. The 31-year-old mother from Emmett, Idaho, was driving a van with her five kids inside when a large rock rolled into their lane. Her 4-year-old son, Titus, who was thrown from the vehicle, died instantly.
Grimm revealed Titus was not wearing his seatbelt on the evening of the horrific crash. Before the crash, her 4-year-old and 8-year-old sons unbuckling in the backseat to “switch spots” — Grimm was forced to drive over a rolling rock that sent the car into the side of a cliff.
Ugh. This is absolutely devastating and every mother’s worst nightmare.
Now Grimm is urging parents to not make the same mistake while also encouraging everyone to “hold their babies tight” along with a parent/child bucket list she created on her Facebook page. Grimm is sharing a list of things she wishes she’d done more of while Titus was still alive and honestly, I can’t even get passed the second one without tearing up.
One mom reveals what she wishes she did more of before her son died in an instant death in a car crash.
