Those High School Fake Baby Programs Actually Don’t Work and We Aren’t Really Surprised

In our rural high school, there was never quite the budget for one of those infamous “baby simulation” programs, where teens are forced to take care of a fake baby in hopes of scaring them out of actually having sex and getting pregnant, but I’m definitely familiar with them. Many high schools have different variations of the baby program, from an egg that you have to tenderly care for without so much as cracking it, to some higher-end programs that involve a very sophisticated computerized baby that can cry, get sick, and track its parents’ behavior.
