I’m not the best cook in the world and that’s why I haven’t experimenting much with online and homemade recipes. I tend to go with my gut instinct and if all else fails, then well, there’s always that box of mac-and-cheese in the kitchen cupboard. There are plenty of moms who definitely go the all-natural, organic route when it comes to feeding their families. Former reality television star Kristin Cavallari is one of them, although she often gets criticized for going off the beaten path, if you will. In fact, she sparked a lot of controversy when she admitted that she makes her own homemade goat’s milk for her three children. Yet, recent study says that you should avoid making any kind of raw milk at home and here’s why.
