Should the mom pay to replace this woman’s bag?
Just like any other woman, I like nice things, but I try not to go overboard when I shop for my personal clothes, handbags and accessories. I’m more of a Nordstrom Rack and TJ Maxx kind of girl simply because I have two children and I know just how destructive they can be with our things at home (just look at my iPhone or a dozen of my necklaces). At the same time, I know they’ll eventually grow up and it won’t always be this way and that one day I can get that pair of pricey Tory Burch sunnies I’ve been eyeing without having to worry about my kids accidentally stepping on them.
But could you imagine if one of your children accidentally broke or damaged something that belonged to someone else? That’s exactly what happened to this one mother, who says her son damaged a stranger’s very expensive Louis Vuitton handbag during a recent flight they took together. And now the woman in question is asking for the mother to replace it – at a whopping price, too.
