You Have To Check Out Stone Nails, The Latest Trend In Nail Design

I went and got a manicure yesterday. I branched out of my usual comfort zone of black/taupe/pink nails and went with an Easter egg blue. Trust me, that's quite a step for me! I'm already doubting my decision and wondering if I should have just stuck with a nude color, but I've been trying to be a bit more adventurous with my nail color so blue it was! I know, I'm a boring suburbanite mom who thinks that blue is an adventurous manicure color.Needless to say, every time I see a new 'nail trend' I can guarantee you that I won't be trying it out, but that doesn't mean I don't like to look at the pictures of other people who are adventurous enough to stick fur to their nails (honestly - that was the dumbest nail trend EVER!). I also won't ever try coffin nails (even though I think they look really cool) because I need my nails short, and icicle nails look pretty neat but I don't have the patience for that. The latest trend in nail design is stone nails, sometimes called marble nails. Personally, I think they make your nails look like my marble kitchen counter. Not a look I'd go for, but one quick search on Instagram and it's pretty obvious they're quite popular.[ad type="aboveimagead1"]
