Description: During this workout you are going to be using some of the most basic leg exercises and doing them in a repeating series of movements. You won’t need any special equipment and you will get some extra audio teaching/coaching on form for squats, lunges and the bridge on the BH Trainer Powered By PEAR app. You will see that these simple but effective moves will help you transform your butt and thighs.
