Get your MILF on at The Studio (MDR)

There are two types of pregnant ladies. The ones who don’t exercise, eat whatever they like, whenever they crave it and then wonder why they gained 55 pounds when the baby only weighed 6 pounds 5 ounces when it was born. (That was me.)
The other type is the woman who works out while pregnant.  Julia Roberts, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Sarah Jessica Parker and Jessica Alba all kept a good pregnancy diet and incorporated Pilates into their pregnancy fitness routines. They seemed to snap back into shape quickly! (This is the route I’ll go if I decide to have another baby.)
