I do… often dealing with a negative life experience means emotional eating takes over. Dealing with a personal or professional loss or disappointment can have such an effect on our health and well-being.
Even having a bad day or week can lead to a few glasses of wine and a bag of chips… plus the bucket of ice cream! Oh and cheesecake! Would you like fries with that order of a burger and your sulking?!
